ChurchShare collects only the information needed to operate a local church resource marketplace, verify accounts, show listings, support messaging, and moderate reports. This page is an MVP privacy draft and should be reviewed before public launch.

- Organization information such as church or ministry name, address, city, state, website, phone, logo, and verification details.
- Marketplace content such as listings, photos, pickup instructions, messages, and reports.
- Basic technical information needed for security, authentication, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage accounts.
- To verify churches, ministries, and manual review requests.
- To display listings and connect verified users through internal messaging.
- To review reports, remove unsafe content, and protect the community.
- To improve the app during beta testing.
Public Information
Listing titles, descriptions, listing photos, categories, listing type, organization name, city, state, and status may be visible to people browsing ChurchShare. Personal email addresses are not intended to be displayed publicly unless a user chooses to include them in listing text.
Service Providers
ChurchShare uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, and file storage. These providers process data as needed to run the app.
Data Choices
Users may request help updating or removing account, organization, or listing information by contacting support@churchshare.church. Some records may be retained when needed for safety, moderation, security, or legal reasons.
